Our Philosophy
Las Gesillas is a rural project of ecological sustenance. We aim to respect the local environment in everything we do. We don’t simply live in the middle of nature, but also in harmony with it.

We have our own water which comes form a spring on the land. Solar energy provides electricity for the whole property.

We have vegetable plots that supply much of the produce used when cooking meals for our guests. No insecticides are used either for the fruit trees or vegetables.

Casa Rural Las Gesillas is a member of Slow-Food and all of our meals are being prepared according to the Slow-Food-principles.

We can offer our guests home made produce such as jams, marmalades, olive oil, fresh eggs or seasonal fresh fruits.
Our biggest pleasure is to share natures generosity with our guests.
