Las Gesillas is a rural house in the Valle de Tietar, 5km outside Arenas de San Pedro. It is situated in the middle of an extensive forest area, on the outskirts of the Gredos National Park.

The large grounds – 2 hecrares – are full of fruit and olive trees, and an vegetable plots. This is the ideal place to relax and disconnect from the noise and the stress of suburbia. It will suit anybody looking for tranquility and is very suitable for families.

From here you can enjoy the beautiful countryside of the Sierra de Gredos, and the natural surroundings. The large river gorges have many natural pools and also swimming areas in the rivers.

Las Gesillas roughly translated means the country life. Seasons bring stunning white cherry blosom, skies filled with stars, crispy frosty mornings or cosy nights in front of the stove.

This region is fortunate to enjoy a micro-climate in the shelter of the mountains, with a much more comfortable temperature and humidity. Orange and lemon trees still grow in the winter.
